Stagecoach takes over the Empire Polo Club the weekend after Coachella wraps, on the same site in Indio. The country weekend has a different rhythm — gates open earlier, the days are longer and hotter, and a group that spends nine hours in the sun cares a great deal about what it is coming home to.
That makes the house choice slightly different from Coachella weekend. Shade and water do the heavy lifting: a heated pool that holds everyone, an outdoor kitchen so dinner does not mean going back out, and enough bathrooms that sixteen people can get ready in the same hour. The homes below are our valley properties, most of them a short drive from the gates.
Because Stagecoach follows Coachella, back-to-back bookings are common and the calendar for both weekends moves together. If you want the same house for both, say so early — that is a single long booking, not two, and it is usually easier to secure than two separate weekends.

When is Stagecoach?
It runs in April at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, on the weekend following Coachella. The festival announces exact dates itself, generally in the autumn beforehand.
Can we book both Coachella and Stagecoach weekends?
Yes, and it is worth asking about the nights in between — a continuous stay across both weekends is often simpler to arrange than two separate ones.
Is Stagecoach hotter than Coachella?
Usually, by a little — it is a week deeper into April. Pool heat matters less; shade, air conditioning, and a pool big enough for the whole group matter more.
