Large group house rentals in the Coachella Valley

Homes that sleep sixteen to twenty without anyone drawing the short straw on a sofa bed.

Booking for a big group is mostly a bedroom-math problem. Two hotel-style suites that sleep eight each cost more than one house that sleeps twenty, and they scatter the group across two buildings — which defeats the point of the trip. The homes here are five to eight bedrooms, with the bed configurations listed on each property page so you can assign rooms before anyone lands.

Size changes what else matters. Parking is the one people forget: a group of twenty arrives in five or six cars, and driveway capacity varies house to house. Kitchen scale is the second — cooking for twenty needs two ovens or a plan, and a house with an outdoor kitchen effectively doubles yours. Ask us about both before you book; we would rather move you to the right house than watch you make the wrong one work.

Most of these homes also carry the amenities that keep a large group from splitting into factions: a game room, a pool big enough to hold everyone, and enough shaded outdoor seating that the yard works at noon as well as at nine.

Good to know

Questions we get asked.

Is there a maximum occupancy?

Yes, and it is firm — each home lists its own cap, and city short-term-rental permits in the valley are written against those numbers. The listed guest count includes children.

Can we host an event or a party?

These are residential neighborhoods with real noise ordinances, so large events are not permitted by default. Family reunions, birthdays, and multi-family trips are exactly what these houses are for. If you are planning something bigger, call us first — sometimes there is a version that works.

How much parking is there?

It varies by home, and street parking rules vary by city. Tell us how many cars you are bringing and we will point you at the homes that can take them.

Tell us the dates.
We'll find the house.
