House rentals for the Coachella festival

A house near the grounds, for the price of a group of hotel rooms that are further away.

Coachella runs over two April weekends at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, and the valley's hotel inventory is nowhere near large enough for it. That is the entire argument for a house: for what four hotel rooms cost across a weekend, a group of sixteen gets a pool, a kitchen, a game room, and somewhere to actually recover between days.

The logistics that matter are the ones nobody plans for. A short drive to the gates means you can come back mid-afternoon when the heat peaks and return for the evening sets. A kitchen means you are not eating festival food three days running. And a pool at midnight, when the desert has finally cooled, is the part of the weekend people describe afterwards.

Book early. Festival weekends are the highest-demand nights of the valley's year and the big houses go first — groups routinely book the following April before they have left the driveway. Exact festival dates are announced by the festival itself, usually in the autumn before; we hold and confirm your nights either way.

Questions we get asked.

How early should we book for Coachella weekend?

As early as you can. The largest homes are commonly booked out a year ahead, and inventory across the valley tightens sharply once the lineup is announced.

Is there a minimum stay for festival weekends?

Yes — festival weekends carry a minimum-night requirement, typically covering the full weekend. Call us and we will confirm the minimum for the dates and home you want.

How do we get to the grounds?

Driving, rideshare, and the festival shuttle all work from our homes. Traffic around the polo club is heavy at gate-open and after the headliner, so build in time either side.

Can we throw a party at the house?

These are residential neighborhoods with enforced noise ordinances, so no — parties and events are not permitted. The house is yours to enjoy; the neighbors have to live there in May.
